Abstract
Food hygiene and safety (Food hygiene and safety) is an important issue for any business industry, especially the food service industry. For Fast food restaurants, food hygiene and safety is a vital factor, directly affecting the health and safety of customers, as well as the reputation and image of the brand. In today's era, when life is bustling and work pressure is increasing, fast food has become a popular choice for many people, helping to save time and quickly satisfy culinary needs. In Vietnam, many fast food brands have risen and become a favorite destination for young people as well as diverse consumers. In recent years, the fast food market has developed, the Big 4 Fast food restaurants in the world are McDonald's, KFC, Burger King and Pizza Hut. These are the world's leading brands with a wide scale of operations, providing a variety of popular food and drink products. To ensure food hygiene and safety for their supply chain, these restaurants have applied strict and strict policies.
