Analyzing macro environmental factors affecting Vinamilk's business activities. Advantages, disadvantages and proposed measures
Abstract
This article reexamines factors related to macro-environment, that affect business activities of Vietnamese enterprises based on the case study of Vinamilk, one of the largest corporation in Vietnam. The study points out to the advantages and disadvantages that each factor may cause to the daily business and operational activities of Vinamilk, at the same time it put forward a series of measures to weather both the advantages and disadvantages appearing in the business environment.
