Abstract

The objective of this research was to behavior and satisfaction of using alternative medicine services: A case study KM Healthcare Clinic Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Methods 313 samples were selected by questionnaire survey. The statistical data used in the analysis includes descriptive statistical data such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and statistical data used to test hypotheses. Including the Chi-Square test of the relationship between two variables and one-way ANOVA. Analyze one-way variance. The results of the study found that Service users are more female than male, aged 30 to 39 years, working in government jobs/state enterprises. Bachelor's degree level with an income of 20,001 - 30,000 baht per month. Personal health, and congenital diseases, are commonly used in traditional Thai medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.
