Abstract

The tremendous development witnessed by the globe in all fields has led to the growth of legal ideas at the constitutional level. The constitutional document is a means of expressing the mechanism of directing the political authority of any state and regulating human rights. These rights have developed in all fields. Hence, modern types characterized by modernity and development have emerged. The global effort to organize human rights is no longer just philosophical views, but basic codified rights on which the constitutional system of any state is based. The most prominent of such rights is economic and social development and permanent peace away from wars and guaranteeing the rights of future generations as well as the rights of peoples’ self-determination constitutionally.
